Slate Ridge operates as a fully remote team, allowing us to provide services to clients in all 50 states on a virtual basis. For those located in our local area, we’re happy to arrange an in-person visit to your office. If you’re outside our area, we’ll ensure seamless communication through video meetings.

We provide guidance on best practices to ensure your financial records are organized, accurate, and prepared. Making the audit process smoother and more efficient for everyone involved.

Our pricing is tailored to each company based on specific criteria. During our 100% free Bookkeeping discovery phase, we assess factors such as transaction volume, revenue, headcount, and accounting requirements. Our core services are offered on a monthly basis at a flat rate with no long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice. Implementations, clean-up work, and out-of-scope services are billed separately at an hourly rate of $100.

Our general rule of thumb is that most clean-up projects are completed within 30–45 days. That said, we always strive to beat this timeline whenever possible. The exact turnaround depends on factors like transaction volume, account complexity, and how quickly we receive access to needed documents and systems.
